As children we frequently have no label in what we choose to eat. We were ever so taught to eat the victuals that was given to us on our plates. Its not until we reach adulthood that we keep conscious decisions on what we choose to consume. As adults we seem to indulge in the nutriments that produce us happy, as well as the foods that will take the least step of clock magazine out of our daytime to day schedule.
